10 tips to living to 100

1. What not to retire.
2. Floss daily.
3. Move around.
4. Eat a high fiber cereal for breakfast.
5. Get at least six hours after the loop.
6. Eat whole foods, not supplements.
7. Less neurotic. [This is the blog yesterday, even though I'm not!]
8. As a creature of habit. [is my favorite!]
9. Life as a Seventh-day Adventists. [The life style, not religion, I can see]
10. Stay connected.
